I am unable to send Export Log.

If you are getting error while sending Export Log, please follow below mentioned steps to resolve the issue.

  1. Click on My Computer or Computer (if you are Windows Vista user).
  2. Go to the location C:\Program Files\Max Secure Anti Virus. (Here C is the drive where your operating system is installed.)
  3. This will open the Max Secure Anti Virus folder.
  4. Find Log folder in the Max Secure Anti Virus folder.
  5. Select the Log folder and right click.
    Then select "Send To -> Compressed (Zipped) Folder" option.
  6. It will create Log.zip file. Please send Log.zip as an attachment to us at info@maxpcsecure.com
