How do I block pop-ups?

Please do a full scan daily and clean the threats detected to ensure protection against viruses that are generating pop-ups.

If you are still getting the pop-up then follow the given steps and contact our research team.

  1. Please do Live Update.
  2. Run the Full Scan.
  3. Clean the threats found and restart the PC.
  4. Run the Full Scan again and now click on the Export Log button and mail us the report with reference to the issue you are facing here. You can send us the links of the pop-up or the Urls of the websites from where you are getting the pop-up with the Export Log.
